Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow our digital presence, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Handle SEO, social media, content, and email marketing.
Monitor campaign performance, ROI/ROAS, and marketing budgets.
Manage website optimization, analytics, and lead generation.
Coordinate with Sales, BD, and Design teams.
Manage and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
4–7 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience is mandatory.
Knowledge of SEO, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
Robust analytical, reporting, and team management skills.
B2B/manufacturing/solar/electrical industry experience preferred.
