Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day bowling centre operations, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth lane operations, staff management, safety, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily bowling centre operations and lane bookings.
Supervise and manage staff schedules and attendance.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
Monitor bowling lanes, equipment, and maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
Manage cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports.
Drive revenue through promotions, upselling, and customer engagement.
Ensure safety,



cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained.
Monitor inventory of bowling and operational materials.
Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
