We are looking for an experienced, mature and result-oriented HR Manager to take complete ownership of the organization's Human Resources function.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, HR policies, disciplinary matters, employee engagement, training, administration coordination and exit management.

The ideal candidate should have solid practical knowledge of HR processes and the ability to independently handle employees across different levels. The candidate should be capable of working closely with senior management and department heads and should be confident in taking ownership of employee-related matters.

The role requires a person with robust people-management skills, qualified maturity, decision-making ability, discipline, confidentiality and excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
