Solid knowledge of Wire EDM programming and operation.
Practical experience in 45°, 7° and other angle/taper cutting.
Knowledge of wire compensation, offsets and cutting parameters.
Knowledge of roughing and finishing/skimming cuts.
Engineering drawing and GD&T; knowledge.
Knowledge of inspection instruments and slip gauges.
Understanding of job setting, alignment, reference setting and wire threading.
Ability to troubleshoot dimensional and angle-cutting errors.
Robust Wire EDM programming and machining skills.
Excellent drawing interpretation ability.
High attention to dimensional accuracy and detail.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Cost and cycle-time optimization mindset.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
