Qualification: MBA – Marketing
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)
Develop and implement marketing strategies for apartment projects.
Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, property portals, and offline campaigns.
Handle enquiries from prospective buyers and understand their requirements.
Coordinate property site visits and explain apartment specifications, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and personal meetings.
Maintain customer and lead databases and regularly update CRM records.
Coordinate with the sales, construction, finance, and customer-support teams.
Conduct market research to understand competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
Plan and execute promotional activities, exhibitions, events, and local marketing campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on leads, site visits, conversions, and marketing performance.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, channel partners, brokers, and other stakeholders.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
