Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated BIM Modeler to join our team. The candidate should have practical experience in BIM modeling and be comfortable working on Architecture or Structural projects.

Key Responsibilities
Create and modify BIM models as per project requirements.
Work on Scan to BIM, CAD to BIM and PDF to BIM projects.
Prepare and update 2D drawings and 3D models.
Coordinate with project and design teams.
Ensure accuracy and quality of models and drawings.
Follow project standards and timelines.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of relevant full time professional experience in BIM/Modeling.
Good knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.




Experience in Architecture or Structural BIM.
Knowledge of Scan to BIM will be an added advantage.
Valuable understanding of drawings, modeling standards and project requirements.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Note: Internship/training experience will not be counted towards the required 1 year of experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.91 - ₹30,000.54 per month
