Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify current SEO opportunities.
Manage On-Page SEO including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
Perform regular Technical SEO audits and identify crawling, indexing, speed, and other website issues.
Plan and execute Off-Page SEO and quality link-building activities.
Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO implementation.
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads, and other SEO KPIs.
Manage and assign tasks to SEO executives and review their work.
Prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports and share actionable insights.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and current SEO best practices.
Ensure SEO activities and projects are completed within deadlines.

What We're Looking For
3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
At least 1 year of experience handling or mentoring junior SEO team members is preferred.
Robust understanding of On-Page, Technical, Content, and Off-Page SEO.
Positive understanding of Google Search and SEO best practices.
Ability to independently identify SEO issues and suggest practical solutions.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple websites/projects and prioritize tasks.
Comfortable working with content writers and developers.
A data-driven approach to SEO rather than relying only on SEO tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
