Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager to manage the operations of a Skill Development Centre under a Government Project.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead mobilisers, counsellors and telecallers to achieve batch formation targets.
Handle candidate mobilisation, counselling and placement activities.
Coordinate accreditation, affiliation and government inspections.
Build relationships with local stakeholders and support centre growth.
Ensure achievement of operational and revenue targets.

Eligibility:




Graduate in any discipline; preference for MSW/BSW candidates.
3–5 years of relevant experience in Skill Development/Education.
Robust communication skills in English and the regional language.
Positive team management, networking and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of Government Skill Development projects and centre operations will be preferred.
