Position: Customer Executive

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and quotations.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and support.
Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
Resolve customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
Support the sales team in customer coordination and follow-ups.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experienced candidates can also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Tamil and English communication skills are required.
Hindi and Telugu communication skills will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
MS Office / Excel knowledge is an added advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Positive customer-handling and follow-up skills.
