Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and employee data integration into HRMS software. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of payroll compliance, statutory deductions, employee lifecycle management, and HRMS operations to ensure accurate payroll processing and smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, and full & final settlements.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Update, validate, and integrate employee data into HRMS software.
Manage attendance, leave, salary structures, and employee master data.




Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS.
Perform HRMS data uploads, reconciliation, and error resolution.
Prepare payroll reports, HR MIS, and employee records.
Coordinate with Finance, IT, and HRMS vendors for smooth operations.

Required Skills:
5–8 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
Hands-on experience with HRMS software and MS Excel.
Knowledge of Indian payroll processes and statutory compliance.
Strong data management, analytical, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
