About the Company

We are a growing digital marketing company helping brands build a strong online presence through creative content, social media strategies, and digital marketing solutions. We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive with good communication skills and experience in client coordination.

Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain clients’ social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and other content.
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, feedback, and marketing objectives.
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on social media activities.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure timely delivery of content.
Develop and implement social media strategies to improve engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
Respond to client queries, manage feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates,



and industry best practices.
Ensure all content is delivered according to the approved content calendar and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Solid client coordination and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Basic understanding of social media marketing, content planning, and engagement strategies.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage multiple client accounts.
Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle client feedback professionally and work under deadlines.
Previous experience in a digital marketing agency will be preferred.

Salary:
As per experience and interview performance

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
