Monitor and operate the IBMS (Integrated Building Management System).
Monitor HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, DG, UPS and other building systems through BMS/IBMS.
Attend alarms, identify abnormalities and coordinate with the respective engineering teams.
Maintain daily equipment readings, logs and operational reports.
Support preventive maintenance activities and ensure timely closure of system alarms.
Follow safety procedures, SOPs and EHS requirements.
Coordinate with facility and engineering teams during breakdowns and emergencies.
Valuable knowledge of BMS/IBMS operations.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical and critical facility systems.
Positive communication and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
