Hiring for Receptionist cum Sales Representative for Vajra Fitness (Gym)!

Job role:
Handle enquiries and guide members with respect to any questions or clarifications needed.
Review daily call logs & complete follow up
Check WhatsApp messages & respond promptly
Update current member details in CRM
Check payment and invoicing
Inform management of any pending issues/escalations

Qualification & Skillset required:

Minimum HSC passed

Freshers or minimum 6months experienced candidate required

Valuable communication and customer handling skills are must

Must have computer skills & basic Microsoft understanding
