About the Role

AMA Bakery & Café is looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Team Leader / Restaurant Captain to supervise daily floor operations, coordinate with the service team, and ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the service team during daily operations.
Ensure timely, accurate, and courteous service to guests.
Manage table allocation, guest seating, and service flow.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen, barista, cashier, and management teams.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety practices.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
Assist with team training, onboarding,



and shift coordination.
Monitor order accuracy and service turnaround time.
Support daily operational checklists and reporting.

Requirements
1–3 years of relevant experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain, Team Leader, Senior Steward, or in a similar role is preferred.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
Skilled grooming, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented approach.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
