About the Role

We are looking for an Account Management Intern to support our e-commerce team in managing marketplace accounts and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, coordination, problem-solving, and understanding how brands grow on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Support the team in managing day-to-day communication with marketplace partners.
Assist in tracking account performance, sales, orders, and key business metrics.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for marketplace accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams including operations, marketing, creative, and supply chain.
Follow up on marketplace requirements, campaigns, promotions, and deliverables.
Help identify account-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.




Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and product visibility.
Assist in preparing business reviews and performance updates.
Maintain account trackers and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
Interest in e-commerce, D2C, and digital business.
Valuable organisational and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different teams.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Freshers and students pursuing Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields can apply.
