Role Overview:
Responsible for converting admission leads into enrolments by counselling parents, explaining the school’s academic offerings, and ensuring a smooth admission process.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with prospective parents to generate school visits.
Counsel parents on the curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
Conduct school tours and address parents’ queries.
Follow up regularly with interested parents to convert leads into admissions.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management and follow-ups.
Maintain daily reports of calls, school visits, follow-ups, and admissions.
Achieve assigned admission targets.

Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Positive communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
