Job Responsibilities:
Call potential leads provided by management.
Understand clients' property requirements, budgets, and preferences.
Recommend suitable residential properties and real estate investment opportunities.
Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
Explain project details, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and investment perks.
Follow up with clients, handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
Maintain accurate lead records and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Solid interest in sales and real estate.
Valuable follow-up, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
Comfortable with outbound calling and site visits.
Real estate sales experience is preferred; freshers with the right attitude can apply.

Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Sales Incentives
