Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing requirements
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee development
Support performance management and employee engagement
Maintain a positive and skilled work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or a related field
5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in hotels/restaurants
Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle a quick-paced hospitality workplace

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Malappuram District, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
