Vyayāma Physio is a up-to-date physiotherapy and movement clinic focused on rehabilitation, posture correction, pain management, ergonomics, fitness rehabilitation, and preventive healthcare. We aim to create a premium yet personalized patient experience through qualified care and smooth clinic operations.

We are looking for a confident, organized, and patient-friendly receptionist who can efficiently manage front desk operations and become the first point of contact for patients.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Coordination
Welcome patients and visitors professionally
Manage appointments, rescheduling, and patient flow
Maintain patient records and registration details
Guide patients regarding consultation and therapy sessions

Communication & Follow-Up
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-up communication
Send appointment reminders and session confirmations
Coordinate with therapists regarding schedules and patient updates

Billing & Administration
Handle billing, payment collection, and receipts
Maintain daily reports and payment records
Support basic inventory and administrative tasks

Clinic Operations
Ensure front desk area remains organized and professional
Coordinate with staff for smooth daily operations




Assist in maintaining patient experience standards

Digital Support (Preferred)
Basic computer and Google Sheets knowledge
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business
Basic Canva/social media support is an added advantage

Requirements
Valuable communication skills

Hindi or Marathi (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Professional appearance and behavior
Ability to multitask and manage patient interactions calmly
Prior experience in clinic, hospital, wellness center, or front office preferred
