For capsules: Fill-weight variation, locking, appearance, leakage, disintegration and other approved in-process checks, as applicable. 4. Skills Required Knowledge of pharmaceutical cGMP and SOPs. Understanding of BMR/BPR and GDP. Knowledge of tablet compression and capsule filling. Troubleshooting of manufacturing defects. Documentation and batch reconciliation. Coordination with QA, QC, IPQA and Engineering.
