Manage and dispense medications to patients, ensuring proper usage and dosage instructions.
Conduct regular patient consultations to assess medication needs and provide personalized advice.
Develop and implement effective medication therapy plans with healthcare teams.
Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate prescriptions and medication histories.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, medications, and dispensing activities.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
