Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent business opportunities with educational institutions.
Establish and maintain tie-ups with colleges and other educational institutions.
Meet prospective clients and understand their training and skill-development requirements.
Suggest appropriate training solutions based on client requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleges and institutional clients.
Generate leads through networking, references, market research and field visits.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussions.
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed training programs.
Manage client communication and feedback throughout the engagement.
Drive revenue generation and achieve assigned sales targets.
Consistently work towards quarterly and half-yearly business targets.
Develop current markets and expand the company's institutional client base.
Track competitor activities, market trends and industry opportunities.




Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services and effectively position them to clients.
