Track, file, and manage SPF claims effectively.
Monitor returns and ensure timely resolutions.
Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations (Claim management, inventory management, seller panels).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
