Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to the Director who can manage the Director’s skilled and personal schedules and ensure smooth coordination of day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing a dynamic schedule, coordinating meetings and travel, handling personal arrangements, and maintaining complete confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules. Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
Plan and manage domestic and international travel, including tickets, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.




Handle packing and travel arrangements for the Director.
Coordinate personal appointments, including health check-ups, doctor appointments, wellness activities, and related requirements.
Maintain a explicit record of important commitments, events, meetings, and deadlines.
Coordinate with staff, vendors, hotels, drivers, event teams, and other stakeholders.
Ensure the Director is fully prepared for meetings, travel, events, and significant engagements.
Handle confidential documents, communications, and personal information with discretion.
Support the Director with day-to-day administrative and personal requirements.
Anticipate requirements and proactively arrange things before they are needed.
Handle urgent and last-minute requirements efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
