Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, site visits, project presentations, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling ability, and a solid interest in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities
Attend and understand customer requirements and explain project details, specifications, amenities, pricing, and payment plans clearly.
Handle walk-in customers and conduct effective project/site presentations.
Follow up with leads received through calls, digital enquiries, references, and other sources.
Convert enquiries into site visits and support customers through the sales process.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and update lead status.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements, documentation, and booking-related activities.
Ensure the sales office and project site are clean, presentable,



and well-maintained.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Real Estate / Property Sales / Retail Sales / Banking / Insurance or related customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Willingness to work at project sites and attend weekends/holidays as required.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software will be an advantage.
