Key Responsibilities
Assist the daily kitchen operations.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth service.
Maintain food quality, taste, presentation & consistency.
Ensure hygiene, food safety & kitchen SOPs.
Manage inventory, portion control & food wastage.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
Assist in menu development and current dish trials.
Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders.
Requirements
4–7 years of relevant restaurant/hospitality experience.
Strong knowledge of Indian & Continental cuisine.
Good leadership and team-management skills.
Knowledge of food costing, hygiene & kitchen operations.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
