A GSA Housekeeping (Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping) in the hospitality industry is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas while providing polite, guest-focused service.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, 12th pass, or a diploma/certificate in hotel management/housekeeping (preferred).
Experience: Prior housekeeping or customer-facing hotel experience is an asset, though entry-level roles often provide training.
