Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to potential customers.

· Explain services and benefits clearly and professionally.

· Follow up with interested customers.

· Assist customers throughout the enrollment process.

· Handle basic customer queries and provide appropriate information.

· Update customer details and follow-up information accurately.

· Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Requirements

· Any bachelor’s or master’s degree.

· Freshers are welcome to apply.

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· Positive typing and basic computer skills.

· Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.

· Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
