Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development : Create, develop, and deploy RPA bots using Microsoft Power Automate.
Process Analysis : Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and define business processes for automation.
Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct unit testing and end-to-end testing of RPA bots to ensure quality and functionality.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting : Monitor and maintain deployed RPA bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes promptly.
Documentation : Maintain transparent and concise documentation for all automation processes, including bot design, configuration, and validation.
Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of RPA bots.
Collaboration : Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the RPA infrastructure is secure and reliable.
