MMT RESORTS is hiring a Property Verification Executive for field work in ECR, Chennai.
Responsibilities:
Visit villas, resorts and properties in person
Meet property owners/managers
Collect and verify property details
Check location, BHK, facilities, capacity and pricing
Take property photos and videos
Collect owner and property contact details
Update property information in Google Sheets/CRM
Coordinate with the office team for property onboarding
Requirements:
10th / 12th / Any Degree
Freshers can apply
Valuable communication skills
Smartphone required
Two-wheeler preferred
Willingness to travel within ECR and nearby areas
Job Type: Full Time, Field Work
Location: ECR, Chennai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
