Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming, in-process, and final quality inspection.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with standards.
Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain quality documents and inspection reports.
Maintain SOPs, check sheets, control plans, and other quality records.
Handle documentation required for internal and external audits.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Monitor rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
Maintain calibration and inspection records for measuring instruments.
Prepare daily/monthly quality reports and MIS.
Support ISO 9001 and other quality system requirements.
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production or relevant field.
Required Skills: Quality Inspection, QMS, Documentation, ISO 9001, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, MS Excel.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
