We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities. - Generate leads and convert them into potential clients. - Build and maintain robust relationships with customers. - Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements. - Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline. - Achieve assigned business and sales targets. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client support. - Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
Requirements: - Any Degree / relevant qualification. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Sales or business development experience is preferred. - Freshers with good communication skills can also apply. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
