Role Overview:
Responsible for generating admission leads through field marketing activities, local outreach, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate a minimum of 30 quality leads per day through field visits.
Conduct BTL activities, promotional campaigns, and local events.
Build relationships with parents, preschools, coaching centres, and local communities.
Identify current opportunities for student admissions.
Coordinate with telecallers and counsellors for lead follow-ups and conversions.
Maintain daily activity reports and achieve assigned targets.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
