Visit clinics, hospitals, and doctors to develop referral networks.
Generate patient referrals and increase OPD and IPD patient footfall.
Identify and develop corporate tie-ups with companies, factories, schools, and institutions.
Organise medical camps, health check-up camps, and health awareness programmes.
Maintain valuable relationships with doctors, corporate clients, and referral partners.
Promote hospital services, health packages, and diagnostic facilities.
Coordinate with the front office and relevant departments for patient enquiries and appointments.
Identify current business opportunities and analyse competitor activities.
Maintain a database of doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and referral sources.




Conduct regular field visits and submit daily activity reports.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
Monitor patient referrals, enquiry conversions, and revenue generated through marketing activities.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team for online promotions and hospital publicity.
Collect feedback from referral partners and communicate issues to management.
Achieve monthly marketing targets assigned by the management.
Ensure ethical marketing practices and maintain patient confidentiality.
Perform any other marketing-related duties assigned by the management.
