We are looking to hire a Head Chef to join the culinary team at Fragrant Nature.

Role: Head Chef

Location: Kochi,Kerala

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the kitchen team.
Design exceptional fine dining menus.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Ensure consistency, hygiene, and operational excellence.
Manage food costs and operational efficiency.
Address guest feedback related to food quality and presentation
Empowers team members to provide excellent customer service within guidelines.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef in a reputed restaurant or hotel.
Solid knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
International experience is a plus.
