About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, friendly and responsible Bartender to join the Sailors Creek crew. You’ll be responsible for running the bar smoothly, preparing drinks, and creating a fun experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in drinks.
Take drink orders and interact positively with guests.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and equipment.
Ensure proper stock levels and assist with daily bar inventory.
Handle glassware, bar tools and equipment responsibly.
Follow responsible alcohol service practices.
Coordinate with the floor and kitchen teams during service.
Maintain accurate billing and cash/card payment procedures.




Help with bar opening and closing duties.

What We’re Looking For
Previous bartending experience preferred.
Positive knowledge of cocktails, spirits and bar operations.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Positive, energetic and presentable personality.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced bar environment.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and event nights.
