Job Description
The LIT Caffe is looking for skilled Continental Chefs to prepare quality dishes and support our kitchen operations across our two outlets.
Responsibilities
Prepare continental dishes, pasta, sauces and other menu items.
Follow standard recipes and maintain food consistency.
Ensure proper food storage and kitchen hygiene.
Assist with food preparation, stock management and kitchen organisation.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant continental cooking experience.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy café setting.
Teamwork and attention to detail.
