Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Associate Architect to handle architectural design, drawing preparation, project coordination, and execution while ensuring design quality and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, and sections.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, and site teams.
Ensure drawings comply with building codes and project requirements.
Review drawings and resolve design and site-related issues.
Coordinate with clients and incorporate design feedback.
Monitor project progress and support timely project delivery.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).




3–5 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant architectural software.
Positive knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and building regulations.
Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
