HighSpark is hiring a Customer Support Executive in Pune to look after our jewellery customers by phone, WhatsApp, email and chat.

HighSpark is a 925 sterling silver jewellery brand. We sell rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets and rakhis on Amazon.in and our own website. Our customers are mostly online shoppers across India, and valuable support is a big reason they come back.

Key responsibilities
Answer customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and marketplace messages politely and on time
Help customers with order status, delivery, sizing, product details and care of silver jewellery
Handle returns, replacements, refunds and complaints calmly, and follow each case until it is closed
Turn upset customers into happy ones by listening first and finding a practical solution
Coordinate with the dispatch, inventory and listings team to fix customer issues




Request reviews and feedback from happy customers
Keep a simple daily record of queries, complaints and resolutions in Excel or Google Sheets

Who we are looking for
Good spoken and written English, Hindi and Marathi
Calm and patient, even when a customer is angry
Smart and quick to understand a problem and find the right solution
Polite, clear phone and chat manners
Basic computer skills: email, WhatsApp, Excel or Google Sheets
Freshers are welcome; up to 1 year in customer support, telecalling or retail is a plus
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred
Women candidates are encouraged to apply

What we offer
Monthly salary of ₹10,000 – ₹20,000
Fixed day shift, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with Sundays off
