Job Description – Hotel Presidency, Surat
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Manage daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries.
Coordinate with different departments for productive operations.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
2–3 years of relevant hotel or hospitality experience.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Qualified attitude and a service-oriented approach.
