Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

Ingenium Corporation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and tracking of multiple projects. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion
Assist project managers in creating schedules, timelines, and work plans
Track project progress and prepare status reports and documentation
Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
Ensure smooth communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and resource utilization
Identify potential risks, issues, or delays and escalate as needed
Maintain accurate project records, budgets, and compliance documents
Support process improvements and best practices in project execution

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering,



or a related field
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with cross-functional or technical teams
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Strong reporting and documentation skills
