Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and manage front-desk operations professionally. Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, appointment bookings, and confirmations. Coordinate patient appointments with dentists and clinical staff. Maintain patient records, billing, and payment details. Follow up with patients regarding appointments and pending treatments. Handle patient queries and complaints politely. Ensure smooth patient flow and maintain an organized reception area. Maintain patient confidentiality and support daily clinic operations. Mandatory Requirements Fluency in spoken English and Hindi is mandatory. Telugu communication skills are an added advantage. Graduate degree is compulsory.



Previous experience as a dental receptionist or healthcare front-office executive. Good computer knowledge and communication skills. Professional attitude, punctuality, and excellent patient-handling skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinic setting. Preferred Skills Previous experience in a dental clinic. Knowledge of basic dental treatments and terminology. Experience in appointment management, patient follow-ups, and billing.
