Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee coordination.
Recruit and manage retail staff across our photobooth locations.
Train employees and conduct regular field visits to ensure SOPs and service standards are followed.
Act as the primary point of contact for retail staff and resolve day-to-day employee concerns.
Manage the day-to-day operations of our photobooth retail spaces.
Monitor staff performance, discipline, grooming, customer service, and sales.
Coordinate with mall management and handle operational requirements at locations.
Identify operational issues and take ownership of getting them resolved.
Build systems and processes to improve retail and employee performance.
Lead the team, take independent decisions, and ensure smooth overall operations.
