Job Opening: HR Executive – Chemicals Industry

Experience: Minimum 5 years

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive with a background in the chemicals industry to manage day-to-day human resources operations and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate performance appraisals, training, and development activities.
Support factory HR operations and workforce management,



where applicable.
Maintain HR documentation and prepare regular HR reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the chemicals or chemical manufacturing industry.
Graduate in any discipline; an MBA or PG Diploma in Human Resources will be an advantage.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Positive knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR administration.
Solid communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
