Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily transportation and delivery operations.
Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers/warehouses to customers.
Manage drivers, transporters, warehouse staff, and logistics vendors.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely shipments.
Track vehicles and shipments and resolve delays or delivery issues.
Control transportation, fuel, warehousing, and other logistics costs.
Maintain inventory movement records and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, warehouse, and finance teams.
Select and negotiate with transporters and third-party logistics providers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable transportation regulations.
Handle customer complaints related to deliveries and logistics.
Prepare logistics reports, including delivery performance, costs, and vehicle utilization.




Identify operational problems and implement process improvements.
Ensure proper loading, unloading, packaging, and protected handling of goods.
Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, transportation cost, order accuracy, vehicle utilization, and damage/loss rates.
