Job Summary

Mahavir Imitation Jewelry is looking for an experienced and responsible Account Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to independently handle accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Perform bank, cash,



and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain customer and vendor accounts.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Prepare regular financial and management reports.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers/vendors when required.

Requirements
Graduation in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Knowledge of accounting software
Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
