ABOUT ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to manage the full-cycle hiring process. The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (Lateral and Bulk Hiring)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Develop and post job descriptions across relevant job boards and platforms
Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
Evaluate candidates and provide recommendations based on skills and culture fit
Manage offer negotiations and support onboarding processes
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in ATS




Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Continuously improve recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives
Working on different projects to streamline the recruitment practice

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
