Head Chef – ARMORO Kitchen

ARMORO is looking for a hands-on Head Chef to build and lead the kitchen at our upcoming Bengaluru Experience Centre.

This is a founding-team role for someone who believes that easy food, executed exceptionally well, is harder — and more valuable — than an unnecessarily complicated menu.

What you’ll own

Lead day-to-day kitchen operations, preparation and service

Ensure consistency in taste, portions, presentation and food quality

Standardise recipes, prep methods, plating and kitchen SOPs

Help refine and develop the ARMORO Kitchen menu

Build, train and lead the kitchen team

Set up prep sheets, opening/closing checklists, par levels and kitchen systems

Manage inventory, procurement, ingredient quality and vendor coordination

Control food cost, portions and wastage

Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness,



storage and food-safety standards

Help set up kitchen workflows and operations before launch

Work hands-on during service and lead from the front

Who we’re looking for

5+ years of professional kitchen experience, including leadership responsibility

Robust fundamentals in cooking, preparation and kitchen operations

Experience with recipe standardisation, costing and inventory control

Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety

Comfortable working with a focused menu and compact kitchen

Organised, disciplined, low-ego and highly consistent

Solid trainer and team leader

Someone who enjoys being on the kitchen floor, not managing it from a distance

Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
