Commis I – Chinese Chef

Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of Chinese dishes while maintaining food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, soups, stir-fried dishes, and sauces.
Complete daily mise en place and prepare ingredients as per kitchen requirements.
Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
Assist senior chefs during food preparation and service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
Minimize food wastage and maintain productive kitchen operations.
Work effectively as part of the Chinese kitchen team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
