Job Summary

IMTS Institute is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Verification Executive to verify student documents, maintain accurate records, and handle calling activities related to document verification and admission processes.

Key Responsibilities
Verify student documents and ensure all information is accurate and complete.
Make inbound and outbound calls to students for document verification and confirmation.
Follow up with students regarding missing, incorrect, or pending documents.
Explain verification requirements and guide students through the process.
Cross-check student details and update records in Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
Coordinate with the admission and academic teams to resolve documentation issues.
Maintain proper records of verification status and follow-up activities.
Prepare daily reports and ensure the confidentiality of student information.




Handle student queries professionally over calls and provide timely updates.

Required Skills
Good verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage calling and verification tasks efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Previous experience in verification, telecalling, documentation, or back-office operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
